Finally, we owned a DSLR Camera!

After thinking, planning and doing some research for few months, we decided to get a DSLR camera. Nikon and Canon are in our consideration list. So we went to Lowyat Plaza and PC Fair at KL Convention Centre to check the best price that we could get yesterday. Finally, we bought one, but not Nikon or Canon, it is a Pentax DSLR - K10D. :-P I knew nothing about it, but Boon said he read some reviews saying that this K10D is better than Nikon and Canon. In addition, the technician and the sales person of the Pentax were saying good words about it. We told them that we'll think about it first. Then we walked away and discussed at a corner. Thinking of the price was quite reasonable and the most important was the best reviews from the camera website that Boon read and also from the comments of the Pentax booth staffs, we got back to their booth and bought it. :-P So fast, right??? Haha... And I owe the bank another RM4.6k! =_=" No turning back and no regret. I told Boon that he must earn back the money for me from that camera. :-P I trust he can and I hope so... :-P

The K10D we bought with about RM4.6k has the body, a short zoom lense 18-55mm, a long zoom lense 50-200mm, a tripod, 2 batteries, 1 battery charger, a 2GB SD Card, a camera's strap and a carrying case.

iPod Shuffle vs iPod

We finally got our iPod Shuffle and iPod 30GB from the Silver Bird Group two days ago. I won a iPod Shuffle as the lucky draw gift during the Black Fury Energy Official Launching Day at The Curve, Petaling Jaya on 4th July 2007. Boon won the 30GB iPod for the best photo shot for the same event which the result was being announced on 27th July 2007.
